Claudia Ceppi, MSW Candidate

Social Worker Intern

I am in my second-year Master of Social Work student offering support to young people who are quietly struggling with how they see themselves, especially when worries about body image, self-worth, or being “too much” or “not enough” start to take over. These feelings often show up in ways that are hard to explain, and even harder to talk about.

That is why I use playful, creative, and body-centered approaches to help make sense of what is going on inside. Through tools like IFS and EMDR, I help bring calm to the overwhelm and guide gentle reflection so that what once felt confusing starts to feel clearer. I also work closely with parents or adults who are trying their best to support them without always knowing how. Together, we make room for expression, healing, and even a little lightness along the way.

When I am not working, I enjoy parenting my teen and the quiet strength that nature offers: a reminder of resilience, renewal, and something constant to return to, even when everything else shifts.
