Emily is a graduate of the Master’s in counselling psychology at Yorkville University and has a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science. She has a joy for learning and is currently completing Janina Fisher's CCTP trauma certification.

Emily works from a client centered perspective with evidence-based family therapy models. She prioritizes the therapeutic relationship to foster a safe space of sharing and personal growth.

Emily has completed

• Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), level 1

• Parts Work in Play (Internal Family Systems informed)

• Clayfield therapy with children 

• EMDR basic training

 

When outside of the clinic she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time in nature.
